I have not received my withdrawal. What do I do?
First check its status under Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions (or History in your wallet).
Pending: it is waiting for review by our team and has not been sent yet. Most withdrawals are processed from 15 minutes. If yours has been pending for more than 1 hour, message us here in chat and we will pass it to an agent to check.
Completed: it has been sent on the blockchain. Select Details on the withdrawal to see the transaction hash, then look it up in a block explorer (list below). The crypto arrives once the network has confirmed it, and how long that takes depends on the coin and how busy the network is.
Rejected or cancelled: the full amount has been returned to your balance.
If the explorer shows the transaction as confirmed but your wallet or exchange does not show it, the funds have left us and the delay is on the receiving side. Contact your wallet or exchange with the transaction hash. Some exchanges need extra confirmations before they credit a deposit.
When you message us, include the amount, the coin and network, and the time you requested it, so an agent can pick it up straight away.
Where can I track my transaction?
Paste the transaction hash into the explorer for the network you used:
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Cardano (ADA): blockchair.com
Ethereum and ERC20 tokens (ETH, USDT, USDC, LINK): etherscan.io
Tron and TRC20 tokens (TRX, USDT): tronscan.org
Solana (SOL and Solana tokens): solscan.io
BNB Smart Chain (BSC, BEP20): bscscan.com
Polygon: polygonscan.com
XRP: xrpscan.com
The same token can exist on several networks, so use the explorer for the network you chose in the wallet. The hash in your Transactions details also links straight to an explorer.
Do I need to wager before I can withdraw or tip?
Yes. As part of our anti-money-laundering policy, wagering requirements apply before withdrawals and tips.
Deposits: you need to wager 100% of your deposit amount before you can withdraw. A deposit of $100 needs $100 in bets. A withdrawal requested before that can be held for review or declined.
Sports bets: only settled bets count towards wagering requirements. A bet that is still open does not count until it is settled.
Bonus funds: a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until its own wagering requirement is complete. When you finish, what is left moves to your cash balance. Your progress is on the Promotions page.
Free spins: if the offer has a wagering requirement, the winnings need to be wagered that many times before they become cash.
Tipping: both you and the player you tip need at least one real deposit, and neither of you can have an active or pending bonus. Tips are paid from your cash balance.
Trenchbet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Only the blockchain network fee is taken from the amount you withdraw.

What is the VIP program?
VIP is a personal service on top of the normal rank rewards. VIP players are looked after by a VIP host and can receive a tailored weekly lossback rate, reload bonuses, weekly free spins, exclusive deposit bonuses, VIP Discord games and giveaways, and higher withdrawal limits on request. VIP packages are built individually from how you play, so the rewards differ from player to player.
How do I get into the VIP program?
Everyone earns rank rewards from their first bet. The VIP page in the side menu shows your rank and what the next one needs.
To see whether a VIP pack is ready for you, open Rewards, find Bonus packs and select the VIP tab.
To join the VIP Discord you need at least $500 in deposits on your account. Once you have that, message us here in chat.
Already a VIP on another site? You can transfer your status. Message us here in chat.
See "VIP status, your VIP host and the VIP Discord" and "How VIP transfers work".
What are the chat rules?
No harassment or disrespectful messages.
No begging or asking for tips.
No spam and no unrelated links.
English only.
Follow the platform guidelines.
The rules are also shown in the chat itself, next to the message box. Breaking them can get you muted or restricted from chat.
Why can't I send messages in chat?
To chat you need a username and an email on your account, and chat can require a minimum amount wagered. The chat box shows what is still needed. If you have been muted or restricted, the chat tells you so. For tips, drops and rain, see "Tipping, drops and rain in chat".
