Is Trenchbet legit?
Yes. Trenchbet is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board, and the licence seal is in the footer of the site. Send us your channel links, follower count, average viewers and the best way to contact you here in chat, and we pass it to our partnerships team. A partner manager reaches out if there is a fit. How do referral payouts work?
Your referrals' completed wagers earn you commission. Deposits on their own do not.
Commission is calculated every day for the previous day and added to your affiliate balance.
Once your available balance reaches the minimum shown on your Affiliates page, move it to your main balance from the Earnings tab.
Larger payouts are reviewed by our team and show as pending until approved.
Your rate, your earnings and your minimum are shown on your Affiliates page. Approved partners on a monthly agreement are settled monthly instead.
Which affiliate or referral code am I registered under?
Open the Affiliates page from the side menu and go to the Codes tab. The card at the top shows the code that invited you. If it is empty, no code is linked to your account. You can add one in your first 7 days, in your wallet under Redeem. It is one code per account and it cannot be changed afterwards.
How do I use my free spins?
Open Promotions from the side menu and find the free spins offer.
Press Claim. Free spins are not added to your account until you claim them.
Open the slot named in the offer. The spins only work on that one game.
The game shows your free spins and plays them at the spin value in the offer. If they do not appear, close the game and open it again.
Use them before the offer expires. If the offer has a wagering requirement, your winnings move to your cash balance once it is met.
Free spins do not show as money in your balance, which is the most common reason they look missing. See "Free spins: how they work".
Why wasn't my deposit credited?
A crypto deposit is credited automatically once it is confirmed on the blockchain, usually within a few minutes and sometimes up to an hour. If it has not arrived, check these:
You sent on the same network you selected on the deposit screen.
You included the memo or destination tag, if one was shown.
You sent at least the minimum shown for that coin.
The transaction is confirmed in your own wallet or exchange.
You can see its status under Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions. If it has been more than an hour, message us with the transaction hash, the coin and network, the amount and the time.
