Feedback is always welcome. If you see something you do not think is right, or something that could be better, let us know and we will work on it. Trenchbet is built with its players, and a lot of what ships starts as a message like yours.
How to send it
Open the Help Center from the side menu. You will see three options:
Ask a question. For anything about your account, or to share general feedback.
Report an issue. For something that is broken or looks wrong. You can attach a screenshot.
Request a feature. For ideas: a game you want, a feature you miss, or something that would make the site easier to use.
Feature requests
Tell us what you would like and why it would help you. Requests go to our product team and are tracked from idea, to planned, to in progress, to released. We cannot build everything, but every request is read, and the ones players ask for most move up the list.
Something does not look right
A wrong number, a confusing screen, a typo, a game behaving oddly: please report it, even if it seems small. The most helpful reports include:
What you saw and what you expected to see
The page or game, and roughly when it happened
A screenshot, if you can
Bug bounty
If what you found is a genuine bug or security issue, you may be eligible for a reward. See "Reporting a bug and our bug bounty" for how it works.

Tell us that too. Message us in chat with what happened and we will make sure the right person looks at it.
