How it works

2. Share proof of your account. Send a screenshot and a short screen recording (15 to 30 seconds) of your account on the other platform. They should show you logged in with the address bar visible, your VIP tier or status page, and your recent wager history. The recording is what lets us verify it quickly; screenshots alone are not enough.
3. We review your play. Once you are verified, our VIP team looks at your history so the package fits how you actually play.
4. Your tailored package. We come back to you in the same chat with an offer built around you, such as lossback, reloads and rakeback.
Reviews are done by our VIP team, so please allow a little time for a reply after you have sent your proof.
