Request a withdrawal
Select your balance in the top bar to open the wallet, then choose the Withdraw tab.
Select the currency, then the network.
Paste your withdrawal address. It must be an address for that exact coin on that exact network.
If the coin needs a destination tag or memo, enter it. The wallet tells you when one is required.
Enter the amount in USD. The minimum and the network fee are shown.
Press Continue to Withdraw. If you have 2FA switched on, enter your 6-digit code.
What happens next
The amount leaves your balance straight away and the withdrawal shows as Pending.
Our team reviews it. Most withdrawals are processed from 15 minutes.
Once it is sent the status changes to Completed, and the crypto arrives after the network confirms it.
Follow or cancel it
Open the wallet and choose History, or go to your avatar, My Account, Recent Activity, Transactions. You can cancel a pending withdrawal there within 10 minutes of requesting it.
Before you start
You need to have placed at least one bet.
Only your cash balance can be withdrawn. Bonus balance becomes cash when its wagering is complete.
Double-check the address and network. A withdrawal that has been sent on the blockchain cannot be reversed.
