Open the wallet
Select your balance in the top bar. The wallet opens with four tabs: Deposit, Withdraw, Redeem and History. Stay on Deposit.
Deposit with crypto
Choose Crypto.
Select the network, then select the currency.
Your deposit address appears, with a Copy button and a QR code. If a memo or destination tag is shown, you must include it.
Send from your own wallet or exchange, using the same network you selected and at least the minimum shown.
Once the network confirms the transaction, your balance updates automatically and you get a notification.
Deposit by card
Choose Fiat.
Enter the amount and pick the payment currency.
Continue to checkout and complete the payment with the payment provider.
Card payments are handled by a separate provider and can take longer the first time. See "Card deposits through Banxa".
Claiming a bonus with your deposit?
Claim the bonus on the Promotions page first, then deposit. A deposit made before you claim does not activate the bonus.
Check your deposit
Open the wallet and choose History, or go to your avatar, My Account, Recent Activity, Transactions. If a deposit has not shown up after an hour, see "My crypto deposit hasn't arrived yet".
