Everything on Trenchbet is reached from two places: the top bar and the side menu. On a phone, the side menu opens from the menu button and your account is under your avatar.
The top bar
Your balance. Select it to see your cash balance and your bonus balance separately, and to open the wallet.
Reward Center. Shows what is available to claim right now, with a Claim button, and your next promotion.
VIP Progress. Shows your current rank and how close you are to the next one. Select "See VIP details" for the full ladder.
Your avatar. Opens My Account, where your profile, settings and history live.
The side menu
Games: Originals, Slots, Sports and Futures.
Rewards: Leaderboard, VIP, Rewards, Promotions, Affiliates and Referral.
Resources: Blog, Provably Fair and the Help Center, which opens this support chat.
I want to...
Deposit or withdraw. Select your balance in the top bar to open the wallet. It has tabs for Deposit, Withdraw, Redeem and History.
Enter a promo or referral code. Open the wallet and choose the Redeem tab.
Claim a bonus or free spins. Side menu, Promotions. Open the offer and press Claim. Your active bonus and its wagering progress are shown there too.
Claim rakeback. Side menu, Rewards. Each bucket shows its amount and a countdown; press Claim when it is ready. The Reward Center in the top bar is a shortcut to the same claims.
Claim weekly cashback. Side menu, Rewards, then the Weekly Cashback panel.
Spin the wheel. Side menu, Rewards. The wheel shows which spins are available and a countdown to the next one.
See my rank and what the next one needs. VIP Progress in the top bar, or side menu, VIP.
See the leaderboard race. Side menu, Leaderboard.
See my bets, deposits and withdrawals. Avatar, My Account, then scroll to Recent Activity. It has tabs for Bets, Originals, Transactions and Rewards.
See my total wagered. Avatar, My Account. The Balance card on the Overview shows Total Wagered and Total Won.
Cancel a withdrawal. Avatar, My Account, Recent Activity, Transactions. Press Cancel on the withdrawal within 10 minutes of requesting it.
Switch on 2FA, or change my username or email. Avatar, My Account, Settings.
Verify my identity. Avatar, My Account, then "Verify My Identity".
Set limits or take a break. Avatar, My Account, Self Control.
Get my referral link. Side menu, Affiliates, then the Codes tab.
Tip another player. Select their name in chat, then Send Tip.
Check a game was fair. Side menu, Provably Fair, or press Verify next to a bet in Recent Activity, Originals.
Get help. Side menu, Help Center.
