I got disconnected during a game. Did I lose my bet?
The bet is recorded the moment it is placed. In Blackjack your hand stands and is settled normally. Mines resumes where you left off. In Crash, disconnecting does not cash you out, so set an auto cash-out if your connection is unreliable.
How do I check a result was fair?
Our Originals are provably fair. Go to Profile, Recent Activity, Originals and press Verify next to the bet, or use the Provably Fair page.
Where do I find a game's RTP?
On the game's page in the game information section, or in the game's own help screen.
My sports bet has not been settled.
Bets settle once the official result is confirmed, usually within minutes. If it is still open several hours after the result, message us with the bet ID.
How do I tip another player?
Select their name in chat and choose Send Tip. The minimum is $1. Both of you need at least one deposit and no active bonus.
How do referrals work?
Create a code on the Affiliate page and share your link. When people sign up through it, their wagering earns you commission. Your rate, earnings and the minimum to withdraw are shown on your Affiliate page.
Can I add a referral code after signing up?
Yes, within 7 days of creating your account, in your wallet under Redeem. One code per account, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

Yes, we run a bug bounty. Report it here with the steps to reproduce it. Rewards are decided case by case and paid after the issue is confirmed and fixed. Report it, do not use it.
