What is rakeback?
A share of the house edge on every bet you place, win or lose. It builds up automatically and is paid as cash with no wagering requirement.
When can I claim my rakeback?
It is split into hourly, daily, weekly and monthly buckets. Each one becomes claimable when its period ends (UTC). Claim them on the Rewards page.
Does rakeback expire?
Yes. Hourly rakeback expires 2 days after it becomes claimable, daily after 5 days, weekly and monthly after 7 days. Expired rakeback cannot be restored.
Why is my rakeback so small compared with what I wagered?
Rakeback is a share of the house edge, not of your wager, and each bucket is only part of the total. The monthly bucket is the smallest. Sports, live casino and table games also earn at a lower rate than slots.
What is lossback or weekly cashback?
A percentage of your net losses for the week, paid as cash. The rate depends on your rank and the games you played, so it varies. Your estimate and next release time are in the Weekly Cashback panel on the Rewards page.
Is cashback added automatically?
No. When it is released, claim it on the Rewards page. You have 14 days before it expires.
How does the wheel work?
There are three wheels: Lucky, Super and Mega. The Rewards page shows which you can spin and when the next spin is ready. Prizes can be cash, free spins, a deposit offer or a rakeback boost.
How do I rank up?
By playing. Every real-money bet moves you towards the next rank, and your rank never goes down. The VIP page shows your progress and what the next rank needs.
What do I get when I rank up?
A higher rakeback rate, and a rank-up reward on your Promotions page such as a temporary rakeback boost or free spins. Higher bands also raise your maximum cashback rate.
When are leaderboard prizes paid?
After the race closes and the standings are checked by our team, normally the Monday after a weekly race. You usually need to have deposited during the race to win a prize. The Leaderboard page shows the current rules.
How do I join the VIP Discord?
You need at least $500 in deposits on your account. Once you have that, message us and we will get you added.
A reward says "Something went wrong" when I claim it.
Wait a minute and try again. If it keeps happening on the same reward, message us with the name of the reward and we will check it.
