Do I claim a bonus before or after I deposit?
Before. Claim the bonus on the Promotions page first, then deposit. A deposit made before you claim does not activate the bonus.
I deposited but did not get my bonus. Why?
Most often the bonus was not claimed before the deposit, the deposit was outside the offer's minimum or maximum, or another bonus was already active. Check the Promotions page to see the status of the offer.
What is a wagering requirement?
It is how much you need to bet before bonus funds become cash. It is your bonus balance (deposit plus match) multiplied by the offer's wagering number. A $200 bonus balance with 25x wagering needs $5,000 in bets.
Why isn't my bonus working on this game?
Each bonus only works on the games listed in its terms. It also will not apply if your bet is bigger than your remaining bonus balance or above the offer's maximum bet. Open the offer on the Promotions page to see its eligible games.
Can I withdraw my bonus balance?
Not until the wagering is complete. When you finish, what is left moves to your cash balance, up to the offer's maximum cashout if it has one.
Can I have two bonuses at once?
No. One bonus is active at a time. A second one waits in a queue until the first is finished or cancelled.
Can I cancel a bonus?
Yes, on the Promotions page. If you have not bet with it yet, your deposit is returned to cash. If you have started wagering, cancelling forfeits the remaining bonus balance.
Where are my free spins?
