How long does a withdrawal take?
Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team before it is sent. Most are processed from 15 minutes. It can take longer at busy times or when an extra check is needed.
My withdrawal says Pending. Is something wrong?
No. Pending means it is waiting for review. The amount has already left your balance and will be sent once approved. You do not need to do anything.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes, while it is still pending and within 10 minutes of requesting it. Go to Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions and press Cancel. The money returns to your balance straight away.
What is the minimum withdrawal, and are there fees?
The minimum is $20. We do not charge a withdrawal fee. The blockchain network fee is taken out of the amount you withdraw and is shown before you confirm.
Why can't I withdraw?
The usual reasons: you have not placed a bet yet, the amount is in your bonus balance and wagering is not finished, you have reached your 24-hour limit, the network fee is too high for a small amount, or your account needs identity verification.
My crypto deposit has not arrived. What do I do?
Deposits are credited automatically once confirmed on the blockchain, usually within minutes and sometimes up to an hour. If it has been longer, send us the transaction hash, the coin, the network and the amount.
I sent my deposit on the wrong network. Is it lost?
It is not credited automatically and recovery is not guaranteed. Message us with the transaction hash and the network you used, and we will check whether it can be recovered.

The deposit screen shows the minimum for each coin. It is generally $20. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited automatically.
Where do I see my deposits and withdrawals?
Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions. Select Details on any row to see the amount, coin, address and status.
