Lossback, shown on the site as Weekly Cashback, gives you a percentage of your net losses back once a week. Lossback and cashback are the same reward under two names.
How it is worked out
It is based on your net loss for the week: what you staked minus what you won, on settled cash bets in the casino and the sportsbook.
Your rank sets your maximum rate. Higher ranks get a higher rate.
The games you played matter. Losses on lower-RTP games count more than losses on high-RTP games, and for sports bets it depends on the combined odds.
The rate is variable
Because lossback depends on your rank and on which games your losses came from, there is no single fixed percentage. Two players with the same loss can receive different amounts, and your own amount can change from week to week. The rate for your rank is the most you can receive, not a guaranteed figure.
Check your own numbers on the website. Open the Rewards page and find the Weekly Cashback panel. It shows your estimated cashback for the current week and the time of the next release. Select "How cashback works" or "View calculation" to see the rates that apply to each game type and to sports odds. The estimate can change until your bets have settled.
What does not count
Bets placed with bonus funds, free spins and free bets
Voided, refunded or cashed-out bets
Bets that have not settled yet
Weeks where you finished in profit: there is no loss to give back
Claiming
Lossback is released once a week. It is not added automatically: when it is released it appears as "Ready to claim" in the Weekly Cashback panel, and you need to claim it there. It is paid as cash with no wagering requirement. You have 14 days to claim it before it expires.
VIP players may have a custom lossback arrangement agreed with their VIP host. That replaces the standard rates described here.
