How to send a tip
Select the player's name in chat to open their profile card.
Choose Send Tip and enter the amount in USD. The minimum tip is $1.
You will see the amount, any commission and the total charge. Confirm to send.
The recipient receives the full amount you entered. Any commission is added on top and paid by the sender.
Rules for tipping
Both the sender and the recipient must have made at least one real deposit.
Neither of you can have an active or pending bonus, including unfinished wagering or unused free spins.
Tips are paid from your cash balance, not from a bonus balance.
You cannot tip yourself, and tips between accounts that share a device or connection are blocked.
Accounts that are restricted or banned from chat cannot send tips.
If a tip is declined, one of these rules is the reason. The most common is an active bonus on either account.
Drops
A drop is a tip posted publicly in chat. The first eligible player to claim it gets the full amount. If nobody claims it, it is refunded to you.
Rain
Rain shares a pot between active players in chat. Entry is automatic; you do not need to do anything to join. To be eligible you need a real-money deposit, a completed profile, no active deposit bonus, no account restrictions, and enough recent wagering. The rain panel in chat shows the current requirement and the time of the next rain. Adding to the pot does not make you eligible on its own.
