Sports bets are settled by our sportsbook provider once the official result of the event is confirmed. Winnings are credited to your balance automatically at that point.
Why a bet can still be open
The official result has not been confirmed yet. Some markets, such as player statistics, take longer than the match result.
The event was delayed, interrupted or postponed.
It is a multi-bet and one or more selections have not finished.
Most bets settle within minutes of the event ending. If a bet is still open several hours after the result is official, message us.
Void and refunded bets
If an event is cancelled or a market is voided, the stake is returned to your balance. In a multi-bet, a void selection is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.
Cash out
If you cash out a bet, the cash-out amount is credited straight away and the bet is closed. It cannot be reopened.
If you think a bet was settled wrongly
Message us with the bet ID from your bet history, the event and the market. We will raise it with the sportsbook provider, who make the final decision on settlement.
