What RTP and house edge mean
RTP (return to player) is the share of all money wagered on a game that it pays back over a very large number of bets. The house edge is the rest. A game with 96% RTP has a 4% house edge. RTP is a long-run average, not a prediction for any single session.
Where to find a game's RTP
Slots and live games: open the game's page and look at the game information section, where the RTP is listed when the provider publishes it. It is also in the game's own help or paytable screen.
Trenchbet Originals: each Original shows its payout information in the game, and the Provably Fair page explains how results are generated.
RTP also affects your rewards: rakeback is based on a game's house edge, and weekly cashback counts losses on lower-RTP games more than losses on high-RTP games.
Provably fair
Trenchbet Originals are provably fair. Before you bet, the game commits to a hidden server seed by showing you its hash. Your result is produced from that server seed, your client seed and a counter. Afterwards you can check that the seed matches the hash, which proves the result was fixed before you bet and was not changed.
How to verify a bet
Go to Profile, Recent Activity and open the Originals tab.
Press Verify next to the bet.
Or open the Provably Fair page from the footer and use the verifier there. Each game also has a Provably Fair button where you can see and change your seeds.
Slots and live casino games are run by licensed third-party providers who are responsible for their own random number generation and certification.
