Blackjack
If you leave or disconnect during a hand, your hand is not forfeited. Any hand you have not finished stands automatically, the dealer plays out, and the round is settled as normal. You can reconnect and carry on.
Crash
Disconnecting does not cash you out. If you set an auto cash-out and the round reaches it before crashing, you are paid at that multiplier. If you had no auto cash-out and could not cash out manually before the crash, the bet is lost. If your connection is unreliable, set an auto cash-out.
Mines and other step-by-step Originals
An unfinished Mines game is saved. Open the game again and it resumes where you left off, so you can keep picking or cash out.
Slots and live casino
The round is held by the game provider. In most cases reopening the game resumes or completes the round and any win is credited. If a round cannot be completed, the provider sends a refund of the bet.
Sports bets
A sports bet is placed once it is accepted and is not affected by your connection.
