Every bet you place earns rakeback. That rakeback is split across four buckets, and each bucket pays out on its own schedule.
The four buckets
Hourly: 40% of your rakeback. Claimable at the top of the next hour. Expires 2 days later.
Daily: 30%. Claimable at 00:00 UTC the next day. Expires 5 days later.
Weekly: 20%. The week runs Monday to Sunday (UTC). Claimable at 00:00 UTC on Monday. Expires 7 days later.
Monthly: 10%. Claimable at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of the next month. Expires 7 days later.
All times are UTC, so the exact local time depends on your time zone.
Buckets unlock as you rank up
Fresh Meat I: hourly only
Fresh Meat II: hourly and daily
Fresh Meat III: hourly, daily and weekly
Fresh Meat IV and above: all four buckets
You only earn into the buckets you have unlocked, so the first three ranks earn 40%, 70% and 90% of their rakeback rate. From Fresh Meat IV you earn the full rate.
How to claim
Open the Rewards page. Each bucket shows its amount and a countdown. When a bucket is ready, press Claim. Rakeback is paid as cash to your balance with no wagering requirement.
Important: unclaimed rakeback expires
If you do not claim a bucket before its expiry time, that amount is lost and cannot be restored. Check in at least once a week so nothing expires.
If the Claim button says rakeback cannot be claimed right now, the bucket either is not ready yet or has already been claimed.
