The wheel: how it works

How the Lucky, Super and Mega Wheel work, what kinds of prizes you can win, how to claim them and why a spin might not be available.

Trenchbet has three wheels: Lucky, Super and Mega. Each spin wins a prize. The Rewards page shows which wheels you can spin, what each one needs, and a countdown to your next spin.

The three wheels

  • Lucky Wheel: the everyday wheel.

  • Super and Mega Wheel: bigger prizes, unlocked by depositing. The wheel page shows what is needed for each.

Types of prize

  • Cash. The size depends on your rank: higher ranks spin for bigger prizes. It appears as a reward to claim on the Rewards page and is paid to your cash balance.

  • Free spins. A set number of spins on a named slot. They appear on your Promotions page.

  • A deposit match offer. A bonus you can use on your next deposit. The match, limit and wagering depend on the wheel and your rank, and are shown on the offer.

  • A rakeback boost. A temporary increase to your rakeback rate.

Claiming and expiry

Wheel prizes are not added automatically. Cash prizes need to be claimed on the Rewards page within 7 days of the spin. Free spins and deposit offers are on the Promotions page and show their own expiry. Prizes that are not claimed or used in time are lost.

If the wheel will not spin

  • Your next spin is not ready yet. Check the countdown.

  • The Super or Mega Wheel has not been unlocked. The wheel page shows what is needed.

  • A spin is already in progress. Wait a few seconds and refresh.

  • Rewards are paused on your account, for example during self-exclusion or a review.

Every wheel result is provably fair, so you can verify that the outcome was fixed before you spun.
