Self-exclusion and play limits

How to set deposit, wager, loss and session limits, how self-exclusion works, and what can and cannot be changed afterwards.

You can control your play yourself at any time from your Profile, under Self Control.

Limits

You can set a limit on deposits, on the amount you wager, on losses, and on session time. Each can be daily, weekly or monthly.

  • Making a limit stricter takes effect straight away.

  • Raising or removing a limit has a cooling-off period, normally 7 days. When it ends, go back to Self Control and confirm the change under "Pending limit changes". If you do not confirm, the original limit stays.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion blocks you from depositing and betting for a period you choose, from 24 hours up to 5 years, or permanently.

  • Once it is active it cannot be shortened or cancelled, by you or by support.

  • You can still withdraw your cash balance while excluded.

  • Limits cannot be edited while an exclusion is running.

  • Rewards cannot be claimed while you are excluded.

Reminders

The site shows a reality-check reminder at regular intervals while you play, so you can see how long you have been on.
