Changing your username or email, and the one-account rule

How to change your username or email address yourself, what support can change for you, and why each player can only have one account.

Change your username

Go to Profile, Settings. A username must be 4 to 20 characters, letters and numbers only, and not already taken. If you have 2FA switched on, you will be asked for a code.

Change your email

Go to Profile, Settings and enter the new address. We send a 6-digit code to the new email to confirm it is yours, and ask for a 2FA code if you have 2FA on. The new address must not already be used on another account.

If your account was created with a wallet and has no verified email yet, or you no longer have access to your old email, message us and we will help once we have confirmed you own the account.

One account per player

Each player may have one Trenchbet account. This is part of our terms.

  • Opening a second account, including one for a friend or family member on the same device, can lead to bonuses being removed and accounts being closed.

  • Sign-up can be blocked on a device that already has an account.

  • Welcome bonuses, referral codes and chat tips do not work between linked accounts.

If you have ended up with two accounts by mistake, for example by logging in with a wallet and then with email, tell us. We will help you keep the right one.

Closing your account

To close your account, withdraw your balance and then message us. If you want a break instead, see "Self-exclusion and play limits".
