Not every bonus is open to everyone. Some are assigned to specific players, for example people who joined the waitlist before launch, players invited by a partner, or offers arranged by a VIP host.
Why you might not see an offer
It was assigned to a list of accounts and yours is not on it. A waitlist offer, for example, is tied to the account that joined the waitlist; signing up with a different email or wallet creates a different account.
It needs a code. Enter it in your wallet under Redeem and the offer appears on your Promotions page.
It is for a certain rank.
It has ended, or it has already been claimed on your account.
If an offer is available to you, it is on your Promotions page. Support cannot add an exclusive offer to an account it was not assigned to.
How they work
Exclusive offers follow the same rules as any other bonus: claim first, then deposit within the offer's range, then complete the wagering. The offer shows its own match, deposit range, wagering and expiry.
Deposit range
High-percentage offers often have a small deposit range. Only the part of your deposit inside the range is matched; the rest goes to your cash balance.
Payout caps
Some offers cap what you can cash out, for example at a multiple of your deposit. When you finish wagering, the amount moved to your cash balance is limited to that cap and anything above it is removed. The cap is part of the offer's terms and is shown on the offer.
Not sure about a term? Message us with the name of the offer as it appears on your Promotions page.
