Every time you reach a new rank you unlock a rank-up reward. They appear on your Promotions page, ready to claim.
Power Hour rakeback boost
Each new rank gives you a rakeback boost for a limited time, and the boost gets bigger the higher you climb. You choose when to start it. The offer shows the size of the boost and how long it lasts.
One use per rank. Boosts do not stack, so start it when you are ready to play.
Free spins
In the early ranks, each new rank also gives you a set of free spins on a named slot. See "Free spins: how they work".
Permanent upgrades
Ranking up also raises your rakeback rate and your maximum lossback rate for good. See "The rank ladder and what each rank unlocks".
Don't see your reward? Check the Promotions page first. If you have another bonus active, the new one waits until that one is finished. If it is still missing, message us with the rank you reached.
