A crypto deposit is credited automatically once our payment provider confirms it on the blockchain. How long that takes depends on the coin and how busy the network is: usually a few minutes, sometimes up to an hour.
Check these first
Did you send on the same network you selected on the deposit screen?
Did you include the memo or destination tag, if one was shown (for example for XRP)?
Did you send at least the minimum shown for that coin? The minimum is generally $20.
Is the transaction confirmed in your own wallet or exchange? If it is still pending there, it has not reached us yet.
You can see the status under Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions.
If you sent a different amount than requested, the deposit screen can show the payment as failed even though the amount that arrived is still credited. Check your balance and your Transactions tab.
If it has been more than an hour, message us with:
The transaction hash (for SOL, the transaction signature)
The coin and the network you sent on
The amount and the time
We will check it with our payment provider and credit it manually if it is stuck on our side.
