You can cancel a withdrawal yourself while it is still pending and within 10 minutes of requesting it.
Go to Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions.
Find the withdrawal and press Cancel.
Confirm. If you have 2FA switched on, enter your 6-digit code.
The full amount is returned to your balance straight away.
After 10 minutes the cancel option no longer works and you will see "The 10-minute cancellation window has expired". If you still need to stop it, message us immediately. If the withdrawal has not been sent yet, our team can cancel it and return the funds. Once it has been sent on the blockchain it cannot be reversed.
Cancelling many withdrawals in a short time temporarily blocks new withdrawals and cancellations.
