Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team before it is sent. Most withdrawals are processed from 15 minutes after you request them.
It can take longer at busy times, for larger amounts, or when an extra check is needed on the account. That is normal and there is nothing you need to do.
What you will see
The amount leaves your balance as soon as you request the withdrawal.
It shows as Pending in Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions until it has been approved and sent.
Once it is sent, the status changes to Completed and the crypto usually arrives within 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the network.
Changed your mind? You can cancel a pending withdrawal yourself within 10 minutes of requesting it. See "How do I cancel a pending withdrawal?".
Still pending? If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, message us with the amount, the coin and the time you requested it. You do not need a transaction hash while it is still pending; a hash only exists once the withdrawal has been sent.
