A welcome offer is a deposit bonus for new players. There is usually one for the casino and one for the sportsbook, and you pick the one that suits how you play.
How to claim
Open the Promotions page and choose the welcome offer you want.
Claim it first.
Then make a deposit inside the offer's minimum and maximum. That deposit activates the bonus.
A deposit made before you claim does not activate the offer.
What the terms mean
Match: the percentage of your deposit added as bonus funds.
Minimum and maximum deposit: the range that counts. Anything above the maximum goes to your cash balance.
Wagering: how many times your bonus balance (deposit plus match) must be wagered before it becomes cash.
Eligible games: the games or providers the bonus can be played on. A casino offer and a sports offer cover different things.
Minimum odds: for sports offers, the lowest odds a bet can have to count.
Maximum cashout: the most that can be moved to cash when you finish wagering.
Expiry: how long you have to finish. Unfinished bonus funds are lost when it runs out.
Where to see your offer's terms
The exact numbers are shown on the offer itself on the Promotions page. Offers change over time, and players who join through a partner or an invite can see a different welcome offer, so the terms on your own Promotions page are the ones that apply to you.
