Withdrawal minimums, limits and fees

The minimum withdrawal, how the network fee is charged, daily and weekly limits, and what you need before you can withdraw.

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal is $20. Some coins have a higher minimum; the Withdraw tab in your wallet shows the minimum for the coin you pick.

Fees

  • Trenchbet does not charge a withdrawal fee.

  • The blockchain network fee is taken out of the amount you withdraw. If you withdraw $100 and the network fee is $2, you receive $98 worth of crypto.

  • The fee is shown before you confirm.

  • If the network fee would be more than 5% of your withdrawal, the request is declined with a message that fees are too high. Withdraw a larger amount or choose a coin or network with lower fees.

Limits

There is a limit on how much you can withdraw in any 24 hours and in any 7 days. If a request would take you over the limit, you will see a message telling you when you can withdraw that amount. VIP players can ask their VIP host about higher limits.

Before you can withdraw

  • You must have placed at least one bet.

  • Only your cash balance can be withdrawn. A bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until its wagering is complete.

  • The address must be valid for the coin and network you chose. Coins such as XRP also need a memo or destination tag.

  • If you have two-factor authentication switched on, you will be asked for your 6-digit code. Five wrong codes locks withdrawals for 5 minutes.

  • Larger lifetime volumes require identity verification. See "Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?".

Where the money goes while you wait

The amount leaves your balance as soon as you request the withdrawal and shows as Pending in Profile, Recent Activity, Transactions. If a withdrawal is rejected or cancelled, the full amount is returned to your balance.
