A deposit bonus matches part of your deposit with bonus funds. Here is exactly how it works, start to finish.
1. Activate the bonus first, then deposit
Go to the Promotions page and claim the bonus before you deposit. Your next qualifying deposit then activates it. If you deposit first and claim afterwards, that deposit does not count towards the bonus.
2. Your bonus balance
When the bonus activates, your qualifying deposit and the match are placed together in your bonus balance. Each bonus has a maximum deposit; anything you deposit above that goes to your normal cash balance.
3. The wagering requirement
The wagering requirement is your bonus balance (deposit plus match) multiplied by the bonus's wagering multiplier.
Example: you deposit $100 on a 100% match with 25x wagering. Your bonus balance is $200 ($100 deposit + $100 match). You need to wager $200 x 25 = $5,000 to complete it.
4. Playing with a bonus
Bets on games included in the bonus are taken from your bonus balance and count towards wagering.
Bets on games that are not included use your cash balance and do not count towards wagering.
If a bet is bigger than your remaining bonus balance, the bet is declined. Lower the bet to continue.
Some bonuses have a maximum bet, or minimum odds for sports bets. Bets outside those rules are declined.
You can have one active bonus at a time. If you claim another, it waits in a queue until the current one finishes.
5. Finishing the bonus
Once you have wagered the full requirement, whatever is left in your bonus balance moves to your cash balance and can be withdrawn. Some bonuses have a maximum cashout, shown in the bonus terms; anything above that is removed.
If the bonus expires before you finish wagering, the remaining bonus balance is lost.
Where to check your progress
Open the Promotions page and select your active bonus. You will see the games it works on, how much you have wagered, and how much is left.
