Most players can deposit, play and withdraw without verifying their identity. Verification is required once your account passes a set volume.
When it is required
Verification is required when your lifetime deposits and withdrawals together pass $10,000. It is checked when you request a withdrawal.
Below that, no verification is needed to deposit, play or withdraw.
Our compliance team can also ask for verification in individual cases, whatever the amount.
What happens when it is triggered
You will see a message that verification is required. Until you are verified, deposits, bets and withdrawals are paused. You can still log in, and your balance is safe. The pause lifts automatically as soon as your verification is approved.
How to verify
Open the verification window from the message, or go to your Profile and choose "Verify My Identity".
You are taken to a secure form run by our verification partner. Follow the steps and upload the documents it asks for.
The form link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, start again from your Profile.
If a submission is declined, the reason is shown and you can try again. You have up to three attempts; after that, contact us.
Verify early
You do not have to wait. You can verify at any time from your Profile, so a large withdrawal is not held up later.
