How to report
Report it here in support chat. Include:
What happened and what you expected to happen
The game or page, and the steps to make it happen again
The time it happened, and your device and browser
A screenshot or screen recording
Please do not paste login tokens, seeds, passwords or private keys into chat. We never need them.
How the bug bounty works
The issue must be shown on Trenchbet itself and be reproducible by our team.
Rewards are decided case by case, based on how serious the issue is.
A reward is paid after the report has been validated and the issue fixed. Nothing is paid upfront.
The first person to report an issue is the one rewarded. Duplicate reports are not.
Support chat cannot quote a reward amount in advance.
Report it, do not use it
Using a bug for profit, for example to get around a wagering requirement or to create balance, is a breach of our terms. Winnings made that way are removed and the account can be restricted. If you find something, stop, report it, and let us reward you properly. Creating extra accounts to test an issue is not allowed either.
While a report is being looked at, the account involved may be placed under review until the issue is resolved.
Ordinary problems
A game that will not load, a display glitch or a suggestion for improvement is very welcome and we will log it, but it is feedback and not a bounty report. See "A game won't load" for quick fixes.
