VIP is a personal service on top of the normal rank rewards. VIP players are looked after by a VIP host who can tailor rewards to how they play. Everything VIP starts right here in support chat.
Your VIP pack
Open the Rewards page from the side menu, find Bonus packs and select the VIP tab. If a VIP pack is ready for you, it is there to claim. The offers in a pack unlock in order, and each shows what it needs. If the tab says no VIP pack is currently available, nothing has been assigned to your account yet.
The VIP Discord
The VIP Discord is a private group for VIP players. To join you need a minimum of $500 in deposits on your Trenchbet account. Once you have reached that, message us here in chat and we will get you added.
What VIP players can receive
A tailored weekly lossback rate
Reload bonuses on deposits
Weekly free spins and exclusive deposit bonuses
VIP Discord games and giveaways
Higher withdrawal limits on request
VIP packages are built individually from your play, so the exact rewards differ from player to player. Our VIP team confirms what applies to you.
Already a VIP somewhere else?
You can transfer your status. Message us here in chat and see "How VIP transfers work" for what to send.
VIP requests
Requests such as early lossback, a reload, or a change to your limits all go through this chat. Tell us what you are asking for and we will pass it to the VIP team, who reply in the same conversation.
