Frustrating when you've got balance ready and a game won't fire up. Most of the time it's a quick fix:
Fully close and reopen your browser — actually quit it, don't just refresh the tab, then come back to the site.
Check your connection and region. Some games are region-restricted. If you're on a VPN, turn it off — a mismatched region is a common culprit for provider games not loading, and VPNs aren't allowed on the site.
Try another game from the same provider to see if it's that one title or the whole provider.
If it still won't load, report it to us with the game name and provider, your device and region, and a screenshot of the error. That goes straight to our tech team so we can dig into it.
